Le champ "Type de Contenu et Version" est la zone de la Convention de nommage qui identifie le type de contenu du DCP - que ce soit un film, une bande annonce, un court métrage, etc. - et son numéro de version. Le champ peut contenir jusqu'à 7 caractères. Tout contenu doit être classé dans une des catégories suivantes.

Le type de contenu est décrit dans //ContentKind:[1]

Si l'attribut du champ d'application (http://www.smpte-ra.org/schemas/429-7/2006/CPL) est absent, les valeurs SMPTE 429-7 pour ContentKind autorisées sont les suivantes : "feature", "trailer", "teaser", "test", "rating", "advertisement", "short", "transitional" , « PSA » et « politique ». Si l'attribut du champ d'application est présent et défini sur http://www.smpte–ra.org/schemas/429-16/2014/CPL-Metadata#scope/content-kind, les valeurs SMPTE ST 429-16 permises pour ContentKind sont les suivantes: “clip”, “promo” and “stereocard.” Regarder les specifications pour plus de détails. ↩︎
